In this class we will be watching one of our special guests as they break down a whole pig! The innards will be previously removed so most of the guts and gore will be out of the way. It is an old art form if a person is able to break down the anatomy of another animal. This class will teach you so much! Then we will have some amazing foods to end the evening!
